Return policy
We offer a 15-day return window from the date your order is placed.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- You must proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
Outbound shipping is always free, returns are subject to a flat $5.00 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount.
Subscriptions & Recurring Orders
Our subscription plans can be canceled at any time.
However, please note:
- Our fulfillment window opens 7 days before your next scheduled shipment
- If a cancellation request is made after this window opens, the upcoming order will be fully processed and charged
- All future shipments will be canceled after that charge

Shipping & Delivery Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
- Subscription orders are processed on a recurring monthly basis, according to your selected schedule.
- Please allow 3–7 business days for delivery, depending on your location.
- All orders include FREE standard shipping within the United States.
- No minimum order value is required.

Our products are manufactured exclusively in the United States.
We source our supplements from sustainable U.S based wholesalers.

Return policy
15-Day Return Policy
We offer a 15-day return window from the date your order is placed.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
To initiate a return, please email admin@vitadirect.co with your order details.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions and the return address.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at admin@vitadirect.co so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used supplement packs
- Sale items or Gift Cards
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order once your return is approved.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of your refund status.
